STYLING SECOND DAY HAIR

When it comes to girl problems, the most annoying has to be oily roots. I know that washing my hair everyday is only going to make it worse, so to prolong my hair in-between washes I always reach for my trusty Batiste Dry Shampoo.
I've been using the scent 'Blush' for the past few months and it is my sworn favourite. No matter what day, no matter where I am, you can guarantee that I will have a sneaky little can with me. Whether it's in my gym bag, handbag or next to my bathroom mirror.
We all know the pain of second or third day hair. Looks ok in the morning, feels greasy by the end of the day that's why this half up half down is the perfect look to get the most out of your hair.

I love Batiste because not only does it add texture to my hair, it also actually helps to soak up any excess oils.  My number one tip would be to spray it evenly into your roots, leave it a couple of minutes, then brush it through and then go in with your fingers and massage it into the roots.

Once you've throughly massaged the product into your hair, you'll feel that it has extra texture and hold. I tie the 'up half' into a pony tail, then add one spritz more of the shampoo without brushing it through and secure the bun in place with three bobby pins and a skinny bobble.

You can just leave it as a pony tail, Ariana Grande style if you prefer! Just remember, the less to try, the more effortless it will look. Although we all know that never happens when we want it too!!
